 1, I want to buy the products you didn’t produce, can you?

Answer: No problem, we can produce the products according to the requirements of the customer. You need send the drawing or samples, our engineer will check the possibility and let you know the cost.

2, Can you support the OEM? I want to use my own brand.

Answer: Yes, we can do OEM, you need to send your logo and design picture to us, we will make the perfect product with your brand.

3, I used to purchase the products from SMC , AIRTAC, Norgren, Mindman or FESTO, but some customers need lower price for the same products, do you have the replacement?

Answer: Yes, we have many kinds of products can replace with the famous brand, is the same good quality but with lower price. You just need to send us the code, we will recommend the corresponding products for you.

4, What’s term of payment and shipment?

Answer: We can accept the payment by T/T, L/C ,Western Union and Paybal, but we suggest the T/T, it will be convenient and fast for the order. Western Union and Paybal just for the sample order. For the shipment, we can send the goods by Sea, by Air or by Express(such as DHL, TNT and Fedex etc), You can also choose your own shipping company.

5, Can you produce the NPT thread?

Answer: Yes, We can produce the NPT thread. The price is same.

6, How is your package?

Answer: For the sea shipment, we will make the pallet for the cartons to protect the goods. The big cylinder, Aluminiun tube and piston rod are be packaged by wooden case.
